Several thousand people packed the parade for the annual turning on of the Claygate Christmas lights. The band opened the afternoon festivities with a selection of Christmas carols.  Other performers included the Thames Valley Morris Men, Rowan Preparatory School Choir, Shrewsbury Pre-Prep Choir, Claygate Primary School Choir & Soul Runners.

 

There were lots of stalls, including the groups bottle tombola, to keep everybody entertained and the afternoon finished with a fireworks display.
